Unless otherwise stated on a specific trip page, the following applies:
- 90+ days before the event: Full refund (minus card processing fees).
- 60 to 90 days before the event: 50% refund of amounts paid.
- 60 days or less No refund.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future trip (subject to availability) in place of a cash refund.
We strongly recommend private travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical care, and unexpected changes.
If a trip is cancelled by us due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us (Deposits/Event Fees). Where appropriate, we may also offer the option to transfer payments to a future trip or receive a credit, at the participant’s choice. Nude Beach Trips is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, accommodation outside the trip, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.
